My journey has led me through experience & study to deliver wellbeing sessions. I offer you many forms of connection, some lighter, some darker, but all neccessary for personal healing, growth & peace.
Im an experienced former retreat owner in Snowdonia, north Wales & have relocated to Kernow to welcome you in on my next chapter.

All the answers we require are there in the gaps of silence. Learn tools to quiet the rattlings of your mind to allow you to meditate to a medicinal level. It is proven to lower blood pressure, heighten memory, aids sleep & reduces the risks of stress related illnesses.
I'm also available for hired sessions in workplaces or schools or as a workshop or even a zen style party.
● Solitary retreat, Can be in full silence, partial or no silence.
Silent retreats are about the silence within, not necessarily the silence around you. To learn how to be silent amongst chaos is a precious wellbeing gift to yourself.
Silence is musunderstood as weakness & a source of discomfort but when you know you know, it's actually is the complete opposite.
A cosy simple natural wooden cabin space is provided for 1 person to use as a solitary space for inner work, reflection, contemplation & restoration.
It is self catering, with simple induction hob. Kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, bedding, towels, toilet roll, meditation cushions, yoga mat, incense, candles & wood are provided. A fridge freezer is in the workshop next door.
There is normally decaff tea & coffee left in there but due to the diversity of dietary choices bread & milk isnt provided. You can order a delivery of food or pick up on your way here. There is a village shop 3mins walk away.

● Laughing Yoga, join me outside, weather permitting, to heal through the tale as old as time that "laughter is good for the soul". Release your inhibitions & drop your perceived ideas of so called fake laughing. Did you know that the brain can't tell the difference between fake laughter & real laughter? It releases endorphins just the same. Endorphins are the feel good chemicals that flood through your body when laughing. It can relieve pain & reduce anxiety, the blues & stress.
Time yourself between your first fake laugh to your first real laugh, believe me it won't be long in one of my sessions. Suitable for any fitness level. Come & experience the best laugh of your life.
● Forest Bathing, this doesn't involve swimming! Shinrin-yoku as it's formally known. Yes, of course you can go for a walk in the Forest yourself for free but you'll never walk through the forest in the same way again after experiencing the guidance & understanding of a forest bathing experience.
Deep healing & connection takes place & when available a foraged tea is consumed. Please allow 2hours for this experience.
● Counselling, if you have struggled with the usual counselling methods to feel any better, perhaps the eager prescriptive CBT was not for you? Then spend some time chatting with me & see if I suit your requirements better. I trained & qualified at Fareham College in Hampshire to an advanced beginner level when I was humbled to have clients requiring my help at this point, I helped cautiously making them very aware I'd only trained officially to this level but I soon realised so many were feeling let down by the system & had spent too much of their lives hindered by their troubles. I researched into successful alternative psychologists & found a method that was seeing almost immediate results. This method is what I use today & some of my clients have turned around lifetime issues in just 4 weeks with lasting results. I'd rather you reached out to try with me than to not. The professional confidential & legal breaking of confidentiality statements along with your rights to privacy are of course still part of my practice.
● Soul Quests, these are not for fun, its not a retreat nor suitable for a beginners into this deep spiritual awakening. They are for beings who have been on a spiritual path for a while & have had experience with meditation, self awareness, ego exploration & are ready to possibly experience an ego death. This is a 5 day experience where you will spend time sleeping out in the wilds alone, starting & ending in nourishing guidance with me. If you feel a calling to experience yourself & the perceived world around you at a much deeper level then please contact me. This is a serious undertaking & you will be required to write a letter explaining your journey so far & what calls you to wish to be considered for a Soul Quest. Further details will be given after a successful letter application.
If you are suffering with mental illness then you will need to be in a consistently good place for 3 months prior before taking on such a Quest, this is for your own wellbeing & safety.
You will need to be able to fast for 24hrs the week prior to test yourself for what lies ahead on the Quest. If you have medical needs that don't allow you to fast then this can be discussed.
As a trained counsellor I ease you in & out of your Quest making sure you are equipped to go back into your daily life after your experience.
I believe I was a born pathfinder, I will guide you on your way. I have journeyed deep underground & have seen the viel drop above. I've sat with ancestral teachers, priestesses & true native people & have been guided by their wisdom. We all continue to awaken to varying levels dependent on our paths, what we encounter along the way, who we encounter, conversations we have & experiences we go through.
